Mr. Fluharty is a third generation utility contractor and has been developing large, complex electrical projects for the last 15 years. His leadership and vision in the underground construction sector in pipeline, broadband and electrical, gives him a unique perspective on the industry from a lot of different perspectives.
Mr. Fluharty is a board member of the Power and Communications Contractor Association (PCCA), and the American Pipeline Contractors Association (APCA) and Vice chairman of the Common Ground Alliance.
