Karen Kinslow – Speaker
Karen Kinslow is the Director of Grid Resiliency at Dominion Energy. She has held previous technical and leadership roles at Dominion Energy in System Reliability and Finance. Prior to Dominion Energy, she was a consultant at UMS Group Inc. where she supported over 100 utilities with performance improvement initiatives. Karen earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Mike Beehler – Moderator
Mike Beehler has nearly 40 years of electric T&D experience at Tucson Electric Power, Hawaiian Electric Company and Burns & McDonnell. He is a civil/structural engineer and is a registered professional engineer in eight states. He currently is the founding member and Chief Opportunity Officer of Mike Beehler & Associates, LLC and serves as the National Spokesperson for the Power Delivery Intelligence Initiative (PDi2). Mike is a Fellow in ASCE and a Member of IEEE. Â
